Hello friend, my name is John Ramsey. I am a consumer product manufacturer, retail/e-commerce brand marketer, and philanthropist based in Dallas, Texas. At the beginning of my career, I had the honor and privilege of mentorship from my grandfather, Justin Robert Howard. “Big Papa” as my family called him, was a small town Texas banker, rancher, world-renowned antique firearm collector, and officer in the US Army in World War Two, serving profoundly in the Normandy D-Day campaign. I am forever grateful for his brave and heroic service to our wonderful country and for the guidance and wisdom in helping to mold me into the leader that I have become today. In addition to Big Papa, I have had the great fortune of consistently being surrounded by uplifting, inspiring, and remarkably talented individuals, business partners, family members, employees, and stakeholders. To borrow a quote Home Depot co-founder, Ken Langone, I could probably fill up Dallas Cowboy’s AT&T stadium with everyone I need to thank for helping me get to where I am today.

With ventures in technology, real estate, education, consumer packaged goods, sports, beauty and entertainment, I spend most of my time creating, building and manufacturing branded products in the health and beauty sector. Our most recent brand of liquid vitamins, Tropical Oasis Health, is one of the top selling brands on all of Amazon and is endorsed by 3 board-certified physicians, offering products in weight loss, bone and joint, immunity support, vision, brain function, and hair skin and nails. Our parent company, Aegle Nutrition has been in operation for over 10 years and we do business with some of the largest retailers/distributors in the country including Whole Foods, HEB, Sprouts, GNC, Walmart, Staples, UNFI, KEHE, Specs, Glazers, CVS and Dollar Tree. Aegle manufactures a vast portfolio of international products that are sold in 8 European Countries, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and 4 South American countries. In addition to the private brands, the company is heavily involved with hand sanitizer production for several large retailers and hospital organizations in response to the Covid 19 pandemic.

Along with my business activity, I am involved in various charitable and non-profit organizations, all of which are designed to promote a more free and prosperous society. With the passing of my mother Susan Ramsey when I was 12 years old, I learned from a young age the importance of empowering the less fortunate among us in society, particularly through witnessing her remarkable career as a social worker, in which she was nationally recognized for her outstanding achievements in East Texas rural adoption programs for minority families. Although one can never fully replace a mother’s love, I am so thankful for all of the family members, family friends, and mentors who have risen to the occasion over the years to graciously support me.

I regularly speak at conferences, educational institutions and politically affiliated organizations about the virtues of a society based upon entrepreneurial expansion and creativity, with an emphasis on free-market economics, sound public policy, and the principle of non aggression at home and abroad. I am the co-founder of Returned.Org which is a charity that dedicates its efforts to re-uniting stolen or sex-trafficked children to their parents through scientific DNA testing. The venture is a partnership with world renowned forensic scientist, Dr. Jose Lorente of Granada, Spain.

For fun, I enjoy partying with friends and family, playing tennis, traveling, yachting, watching American football (Go Cowboys!!), reading history and economics, discussing public policy, gardening and volunteering in the community.
